Case study 1

A UK furniture retailer requested we help source a bespoke design furniture solution.

After identifying the right factory that met with our clients requirements, and signing NDA’s we were able to develop and sample their product efficiently, which has lead to ongoing business with this retailer.

Our China office dealt with the day to day issues and kept our UK office updated with progress that was relayed to the customer, we also conducted numerous video conferences between the customer, the London office, china office and factory management to discuss design, manufacturing technique.

We faced many technical issues along the way but the factory resolved each of these.  Their intermate knowledge of UK fire regulations and approval certification made the final process relatively effortless

From being engaged on this project to delivery of their first container it took just eight months.  All parties we thrilled to be part of this exciting project from conception to completion.

Case study 2

A soft toy wholesaler & retailer tasked us to source from our network of factories a new product line they had designed.

Their design was unique and needed a lot of communication between the parties to get the right look and functionality.  We had numerous conference calls and after several failed samples we had samples that were signed off.

Given the complexity of the design the price was higher than the customer had anticipated so after looking at if we could make product changes, which we were not able to achieve given the tight brief we were able to offer a solution in that we trebled the order quantity to meet their price and stored 2/3 of the order in our warehouse at no additional cost for the customer to draw down on the stock with an agreed term of no greater than 12 months.

We developed a range of seven different plush toys for this customer to take immediate delivery of and several additional products they wanted to introduce at a later date.
